What we help with
Most people arrive knowing roughly what they want to train and having no idea what will physically fit. That is the gap this service closes.
- Scale. Whether a piece is right for the room, or one size too large for it.
- Placement. Which wall takes the cable machine, where the bench goes, how much clearance to leave, and what has to stay clear for the equipment to actually be usable.
- Finishes. Which wood and leather sit with the flooring and millwork you already have — and which will still look right in five years.
- Timing. What is in stock now, what is built to order, and how to sequence an order against a construction schedule.
How it works
1. Get in touch
Call or email. There is no form to fill in first, and no obligation to buy anything.
2. Send us the space
A sentence and a photo is enough to start. Dimensions are better. Blueprints are best — we are happy to work from them.
3. We come back with a plan
Which pieces, on which walls, in which finishes, with the clearances that make the room work. If something you have your eye on is wrong for the space, we will say so.
4. Confirm the finishes, then order
We send swatches so you can see the woods and leathers in the room's own light before anything is built. Then we place the order against your timeline.
What to send us
The more of this you have, the more specific we can be. None of it is required to start a conversation.
- Room dimensions, and ceiling height
- Photographs, or a floor plan or blueprints
- What the floor and millwork are, and their finishes
- What is behind the walls, if you know — stud framing, masonry, concrete
- How you train, and who else will use the room
- Your date, if you have one
Swatches are free
Screens lie about wood. Order the finishes you are weighing from our swatch samples page — individual wood swatches are free, most orders ship the same day, and they arrive in three to five days. Our Trade & Contract program adds discounted pricing, a dedicated client rep for product selection, project management and formal quotes, and expedited swatching. Members of ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA and IDC qualify, as do NCIDQ and CCIDC holders and anyone with a valid design or contracting business license and resale certificate.

No. Design advice from Jack Fitness is free, and there is no obligation to purchase.
Can you work from my blueprints?
Yes. Send blueprints, a floor plan, dimensions or photographs — whatever you have.
Do I need to know what equipment I want first?
No. Most people start with the room and the way they train, and we work back from there.
Can you help with a hotel, amenity or multi-unit project?
Yes. Contract projects are handled through our Trade & Contract program, which includes a dedicated client rep and project pricing.
