Anywhere from one week to twenty, depending entirely on the brand. NOHrD and WaterRower are stocked in the US and typically deliver in a couple of weeks. Fysik is made to order at 10 to 12 weeks. PENT Fitness is custom crafted in Europe in 20 weeks so so. No bad choices.

Why made-to-order takes as long as it does
Two things are happening. The piece is built after you order it, in your wood, your leather and your metal finish — nothing is pulled off a shelf. Then it crosses the Atlantic: roughly five to seven weeks by sea freight, or seven to ten days by air where that is available.
That is why a $190 PENT yoga strap has a similar lead time to a $20,800 dumbbell set. The wait is a function of how and where the thing is made, not what it costs.
The exceptions worth knowing
- The finish can change the lead time. We stock by finish, so a piece can ship immediately in one wood and run on the standard schedule in another. The NOHrD Citius treadmill is the clearest case: oak and walnut ship now, other finishes take 12 to 16 weeks. More in our guide to choosing a wood finish.
- Not everything NOHrD makes is stocked. The NOHrD Coreformer is made to order at 12 to 16 weeks.
- Occasionally a made-to-order piece becomes available immediately — a cancelled order, already built. These appear on the site marked ready to ship, and they go quickly.
The badge on every product page and category listing gives the current status for that exact item. If you are working to a date, read the badge before you fall in love with a finish.
Delivery: what happens after it ships
Standard delivery brings the shipment to your door. Our optional White Glove service unboxes the equipment, performs light assembly, places it in the room where you will use it, and removes all packaging.
Either way, delivery is scheduled — Monday to Friday, in a 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm window — and an adult needs to be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. Add a few days to your estimate for scheduling. Wall-mounted pieces are anchored into studs or masonry, so plan on a contractor for final mounting.
