Jack Fitness is the fitness and wellness storefront of Jack Game Room, built on nearly 20 years of experience sourcing heirloom-quality, made-to-order furniture and equipment for private homes, hospitality groups, and design professionals. We were among the first independent U.S. dealers for PENT Fitness — often called the Mercedes-Benz of luxury fitness equipment — and today carry three of the category's defining brands under one roof: PENT Fitness, NOHrD-WaterRower, and Fysik.
We work with three kinds of clients: homeowners building a private gym, spa, or wellness room; boutique hotel and hospitality groups outfitting guest-facing fitness spaces; and interior designers, architects, and builders sourcing equipment for a client project. Whatever the setting, the equipment we carry is chosen for the same reason our furniture always has been — it has to perform, and it has to belong in the room.
Choosing equipment is only half the job. Our team helps clients plan the room itself: what fits the space, how a strength zone, cardio zone, and recovery zone work together, and how to sequence an order across quick-ship and made-to-order pieces so a project doesn't stall waiting on one item. We're not a general contractor — we don't pour concrete or run electrical — but we work directly with your architect, designer, or builder to make sure equipment clearances, flooring, and delivery access are planned before anything ships, not after.
Quick-ship items from our in-stock inventory typically arrive within one to two weeks. Made-to-order pieces in a specific wood finish, leather color, or custom configuration generally ship in 10 to 16 weeks depending on brand and complexity. For larger installations, we coordinate delivery timing and white-glove placement so equipment arrives ready to use, not just dropped at the door.
Interior designers, architects, contractors, and hospitality buyers can join our Trade & Contract program for discounted pricing on full-priced products, with additional discounts available on larger contract installations. Members get a dedicated support rep who can consult on product selection, manage multiple client projects, and prepare formal trade quotes, plus free, expedited wood finish and upholstery swatches so you can spec a room quickly. The program is open to residential, commercial, and combined residential/commercial design professionals — qualification requires any two of: a valid business license, an active business website, membership in a recognized industry organization (ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC), a design accreditation (NCIDQ, CCIDC), or a state tax exemption/resale certificate.
