Because it does the most with the least floor. A wall bar projects 13 cm from the wall and gives you pull-ups, stretching, mobility work, core training and suspension anchoring — the single highest ratio of capability to footprint in a home gym, starting at $699.
The NOHrD Wall Bar is a gymnasium wall bar built as furniture. Fourteen rungs give you grip positions for hanging, stretching and inverted work. An integrated foldout top bar swings out for pull-ups and suspension training, then folds back flush — and it is tested for commercial gym use, not just domestic. Attachable accessories add resistance and flexibility work to the same frame.
In practice it replaces a pull-up bar, a stretching station, a mobility setup and a suspension anchor with one curved piece of hardwood that reads as millwork rather than equipment.
| Model | From | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| NOHrD Wall Bar | $699 | 14 rungs, foldout top bar, 13 cm projection |
| NOHrD Wall Bar CombiTrainer | $1,049 | Adds resistance training to the same frame |
| PENT SCALA Basic | $4,090 | A full wall system in six woods |
| PENT SCALA Deluxe | $6,320 | The complete system, expanded |
Start with the NOHrD Wall Bar if you mainly want pull-ups, stretching and mobility. Step up to the CombiTrainer if you want resistance work on the same wall. Choose SCALA if the wall is the centrepiece of the room and you want it treated as an architectural element.
A wall bar and a bench cover more ground than either does alone — the TriaTrainer folds into three positions and occupies under a square meter. Add the SwingBoard on the same wall for dumbbells, and you have a full strength setup that leaves the floor almost empty. See our guide to how much room you need for how it fits a real room. For the room as a whole — what it costs, which brands to choose, how to sequence the order — see outfitting a luxury home gym.
Both are in stock. The NOHrD Wall Bar and CombiTrainer are held in stock by Jack Fitness and typically deliver in one to two weeks, in six wood finishes. Call 833.833.6080 if you want help choosing the wall.
